We use multiple regression models to create scores. There is really no magic in
the math. What helps is having the right data.
In a recent test of the Existing Mortgage Default Score, the top 1% of properties with
the highest risk scores accounted for 18% of subsequent defaults ten months later.
For both loans and insurance, our scores are designed solely to evaluate commercial business,
and not for consumer or personal uses.
